MG Sound Studios is a world class recording facility built in the heart of one of NYC's most vibrant musicial communities. Located just around the corner from the Steinway St. M R subway stop near the Astoria/Long Island City border, it has been designed and constructed to meet the highest standards of acoustic isolation and fidelity. 

The heart of the studio is the 400 square foot control room built around the coveted Dunlavey SC-IVa speakers.  Tuned to be acoustically flat across the spectrum of human hearing, the revealing, highly accurate mix position leaves no stone unturned and guarantees your music will translate across playback systems.  

The rich, vibrant live room sounds as good as it looks.  It’s perfect for tracking everything from drums to a string ensemble.  The comfortably sized booth has natural light thru double-layered windows. 

A full kitchen, private bathroom and outdoor patio/lounge round out the creature comforts.
